Preemption history in LSF

LSF does not display a preemption history and 'reasons for preemption' with the history of a job that is preempting another job. It would be very useful, particularly in environments with a lot of resource contention, if the 'bhist -l' output of a preempting job would contain information on the reasons for preemption (e.g. 'not enough job slots') and the preemption activity itself.

This solution adds useful information to the preemption suspend reason by adding the job ID of the preemptive job to the suspend reason of the preempted job. This allows users to determine who preempted the job by running the bjobs -l and bjobs -s commands.

It is included in LSF 10.1 Fix Pack 2. You can download it from http://www-933.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/swg/selectFixes?parent=Platform%2BComputing&product=ibm/Other+software/IBM+Spectrum+LSF&release=All&platform=All&function=fixId&fixids=lsf-10.1.0.2-spk-2017-Feb-build442293&includeSupersedes=0

The LSF 10.1 Fix Pack 2 ID is lsf-10.1.0.2-spk-2017-Feb-build442293.
