Change in PA9-Flexnet Manager bridge - LM_PROJECT variable

As part of PA9-FNM reporting solution recommendation from IBM it is required to setup a Job starter and esub in LSF cluster under PA9 monitoring. This job starter and esub will make sure to replace the LM_PROJECT variable as ",,,,.

As per my discussion with Ming Liang and Jian XA Jin, I propose that if we take only following 4 fields out of above 5 that is :

Job ID( 7 charac ), Job Array Index( 3 charac), Submit time( 10 charac), Cluster_name( 6 charac) = Total 26 charac max

and latter at ETL stage we recover the LSF_PROJECT name. This is because our LSF_PROJECT names are too long and their pattern( first 5 characters) is not decided by IT. It is decided by business and we can't change their pattern. So this way we can use the PA9-FNM solution.

I feel that this should be acceptable to all your customers as the RFE will help to contain limit of 30 characters of LM_PROJECT variable length. So I request that this should be made part of product and not limited to STM.
