LSF automatically delete groups even when Limits exist

According to documentation:
"Automatic job group cleanup
When an implicitly created job group becomes empty, it can be automatically deleted by LSF. Job groups that can be automatically deleted cannot:
1. Have limits that are specified including their child groups
2. Have explicitly created child job groups
3. Be attached to any SLA"

I agree with the policies and rules 2 and 3. But rule 1 puzzles me and I can't justify it. I am implicitly creating some groups on the fly when submitting jobs and later I set a limit so that 1 job is run at a time.

However these groups never get wiped from LSF and just sit there forever in the group list.

Ideally I would like to have this rule removed as it doesn't serve any use. If someone wants to keep some certain groups then they can explicitly create them, or attach SLAs to them and so on.
