Request for bjobs -pei to show blocked pending jobs as ineligible pending

The ability to view a snapshot of the batch queue separated into running, pending eligible, and pending ineligible is very useful. bjobs -pei provides the ability to separate the queue into these states. But, bjobs categorizes jobs that can not move into a running state due to limits set by the center in lsb.resources and other configuration files as eligible to run. The jobs also gain queue wait priority.

Can bjobs be updated to list jobs that will not run, even if resources are available, as ineligible and prevent the jobs from gaining priority?
