Redesign job details/spooler section to provide correct and adequate information

The purpose of the Job Details/Summary section is to provide the user with adequate information on the selection jobs from the list.

This means to provide the same information that the Linux users get with "bjobs -l" and more!

However, the current PAC release fails to do that!

All the resource information that is usually supplied by "bsub -R" is missing from this section but it is very useful to the users and admins.

There is also missing information on the timings recorded and runtime attributes like memory usage.

Our request would be to supply the necessary information that is missing for the end user.

Even better it would be to redesign the whole section which is simply a waste of space and can be consolidated in 5-10 lines instead of 20 which is in right now. Or at least with some modern graphics that suit our century.
