With LSB_BJOBS_DISPLAY_ENH parameter set, bjobs displays the array element under JOBID column in the jobID[index] format.
sangjun9952@hsandy211 ~/sjlsftest5/conf % bjobs -w
JOBID USER STAT QUEUE FROM_HOST EXEC_HOST JOB_NAME SUBMIT_TIME
503230[1] sangjun9952 RUN normal vwpm118 hwest1458 [1] Jan 17 09:50
503230[2] sangjun9952 RUN normal vwpm118 hwest735 [2] Jan 17 09:50
503230[3] sangjun9952 RUN normal vwpm118 hwest747 [3] Jan 17 09:50
But when displaying info for an element of an array job, bjobs -o "jobid" command shows only the jobID of the array job under jobid column.
sangjun9952@hsandy211 ~/sjlsftest5/conf % bjobs -o "jobid user stat queue"
JOBID USER STAT QUEUE
503230 sangjun9952 RUN normal
503230 sangjun9952 RUN normal
503230 sangjun9952 RUN normal
503230 sangjun9952 RUN normal
So could you provide the jobID[index] under JOBID column when displaying bjobs -o "jobid"?
