[PSA] Have the possibility to set the virtual folder when copy a template from a cluster to another

So about this PMR, we have to 2 different PAC environment (cluster), one Pre-production and other one Production with specific $GUICONFDIR. The idea is when the submission form is ready to go in production, we will zip the folder from pre-production and past into the $GUICONFDIR/application/draft folder of the production environment. But when we do this, the application is not link to a virtual directory. For example a proposal implementation to link the application TOTO to folder APP/NVH in production is to launch a script like : linkAppToFolder TOTO /APP/NVH and the script will update the database to link the application TOTO to the NVH virtual directory.
