Need individual administrator for each GuaranteedResourcePool

Dear supports,
We really want to setup individual administrator for each GuaranteedResourcePool in lsb.resources file. Such GuaranteedResourcePool administrator can only manage the corresponding resource pool by running 'bconf' command. For example the administrator can modify the value of DISTRIBUTION. But we don't want the administrator has permission to modify the HOSTS value since the computing resource is limited.

IBM has modified some of the information in this request. Please contact us if you have any questions. In particular, the "Source" field was updated from "COMMON" to "None" since this RFE is not from the COMMON User Group.
