    It's only needed for building Symphony application with Sym API, only DE is required for this purpose, no additional work for management nodes and compute nodes. The patch is only for Linux as requested in order to migratine app from WIndows to Linux based on my understanding, not for Windows. thanks, Dennis

    Also does this patch work for developers edition on Linux and Windows both?

    Thanks

    Dennis,

    Thanks for below update. I see it is update for only developers edition. What about Advanced edition and compute hosts. Do you have separate patch for them?

    Thanks

    Kiran

    The c++ 17 support for Redhat Linux 8.9 for Symphony 7.3.1 is avalable now, please try it out and let's know for any issue.

    Fix Central URL(s):
    IBM Spectrum Symphony:
    http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/swg/selectFixes?product=ibm/Other+software/IBM+Spectrum+Symphony&release=All&platform=All&function=fixId&fixids=sym-7.3.1-build602041-welfg%3Aplatform_cust_ac_key&includeSupersedes=0

    Fix ID: sym-7.3.1-build602041-welfg

    As for c++20 and C++ 23 support, it should be handled with separate RFE, and will be in 7.3.2 instead of 7.3.1

    Regards, Dennis
