Hi, Yudong,

 

Unfortunately the security team informed us the DLL you provided ( 1.1.1w ) does not pass security scan, the result indicate the same vulnerability as previous version.

Looks like we'll have to go for the option we discussed earlier: remove OpenSSL dependency from soambase.dll. I believe your dev team has already reviewed this. It is the fastest and simplest solution for us.

Would you please let us know the earliest ETA of this request ASAP ? The top management in our company is waiting for this, to coordinate business groups being impacted by invalid Symphony client package.

I'm unable to access RFE link, looks like I'm blocked by UBS whitelist.

Please create RFE, the requests are below, as our discussion

1) The new Symphony client software should be based on current Symphony client 7.3.

2) Soambase.dll to remove linking to com_platfrom_ACE_631_03.dll,

3) Remove all OpenSSL files in the package

4) Support backward compatibility of Symphony client 7.3, including API

5) New version to be compatible with the server version Symphony 7.3 in the current grid clusters

    Jiabin,Which CVEs in concern still exist in 1.1.1w(the latest version of 1.1.x)?
