add a timeout control for the SOAP receive function stack

Hi Jiabin,


Checked with development team. There is currently no timer configuration for the function stack. Can you open an RFE so they can add one?

The reason is that for a successful processing of SOAP request, something like root - soam__sdViewApp() would appear right after Start processing request from SOAP client.

The unsuccessful processing does not have such message right after Start processing request from SOAP client.

After this line of message, SdAdminTaskHandler would enter below stack which is the stack shown in SD dump.


I think SD is still waiting for something from WSDL client but it never came.
