egosh consumer view cli command should display reclaim grace period and "rebalance after change" values

Why is it useful ?

It would be useful when you have high number of consumers using many different reclamation timeout (reclaim grace period) values and you would want to have a comparison to other cluster or just to have a data/comparison view of those values.

Currently, you have two options:

1. using the GUI and checking consumers one-by-one

2. Parsing the ConsumerTrees.xml file 

It would be more reliable on concise if the information provided natively by the product's own CLI. 

 

Whom it would be beneficial for?

For those team who are dealing with consumers having several hundreds of leaf-consumers.

 

How should it work ?

egosh consumer view <consumer_path> would provide these two additional line in its output:
