CVA windows client: publish FP3 C# libraries in MS Artifactory

CVA application TraderWorkstation (TW) is requesting us to push C# libraries to our internal MS artifactory or repository so that they can install it on their compilation servers or setup the frontend application runtime environment.

I have started a conversation with CVA TW application developer to understand their requirement. I want to use this ticket as a place holder for further questions...

The application TW is using windows frontend to submit workload to either onprem symphony cluster currently or cloud clusters (in the near future). The frontend application is using C# to communicate with symphony cluster. So this might need to have
1. the C# libraries during development cycle
2. the C# libraries when setting up the runtime environment via the frontend interface to submit workload.

After a number of discussion with our CVA clients and our internal application infrastructure team, the request for this is clear now. We requires a nuget package of IBM spectrum symphony 7.3.2 client and uploaded to public site http://nuget.org/, so that our application infrastructure team can download it from there and publish it in our internal repository for internal integration and usage.

Please let me know if I need to raise a RFE for this request... (I have uploaded the sample package of IBM DB2 on nuget.org)

Needed By Not sure -- Just thought it was cool
