Any reason to remove a package and then add it back later?
We block re-adding non-versioned packages since it will introduce and inconsistency - we don't know if the package changed or not and have no way to properly sync it if the package remains on the compute host after deletion.
We do not maintain a checksum, and adding a checksum will break compatibility. We only maintain package size, so the possible solution is to only permit re-add if the package size does not change based on the re-add decision on package size, comments?
