Log extra information in lim log at info level to track lim performance especially at the communication level

We have been observing primary LIM queue getting full on several occasion on the cloud environments. This leads to unavailable hosts and sometimes in SSM(s) getting killed due to hosts being removed from the grid because of the unavailability. We need a better way to understand why the primary LIM performance is degraded, similar to the VEMKD performance log. We need to understand how many requests the LIM receives and for each request how much time was spent on I/O, network communication, DNS, etc. It is very difficult to troubleshoot these issues as they happen ad/hoc and often require additional privilege, especially in Advanced WEM where root is required to be able to run “strace”
