Expose a documented, supported and deterministic release mechanism for TaskOutputHandle in the Symphony .NET SDK.

Following up on our discussion under support case TS022160603, we are experiencing high memory usage in our Symphony .NET client. Our testing indicates that the native memory associated with TaskOutputHandle is not released promptly/properly after the task output has been processed.

IBM Support provided an example workaround that uses reflection and P/Invoke to invoke the native TaskOutputHandle_release() function. While this successfully reduces the client’s memory usage, it relies on undocumented private SDK fields and native functions, so we do concerns for production use.

We would like to request an officially supported mechanism for deterministically releasing the native memory associated with TaskOutputHandle, preferably exposed through the .NET SDK as a documented documented API.
