[Security and Access Control] Security - Kerberos - Support Kerberos Library outside of default install location

Kerberos libraries are installed in a non starndard location (outside of /lib and /lib64). Setting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH helps except with VEMKD and PEM, which fail to start.

This RFE's Headline was changed after submission to reflect the headline of an internal request we were already considering, but will now track here.

Here is a workaround (when Kerberos is installed outside the default installation location. The workaround is only needed if Symphony daemons fail to start up when Kerberos is enabled because the Kerberos libraries were not found):

Apply the steps below to sec_ego_gsskrb.so file and any subsequent patches to sec_ego_gsskrb.so file :

    1. Run patchelf untilty for RHEL to set RPATH

    % patchelf --set-rpath sec_ego_gsskrb.so

    2. Run the ldd command to locate/verify the correct dependency

    ldd -r sec_ego_gsskrb.so
