[User Interface and Configuration] EGO - CLI - Command to change resource plan in CSV format

We have a resource plan that can have multiple time interval based on the hour.
We have a resource group created for the desktop scavenging hosts and we specify zero share ratio for the resource group during business hours (7am to 8pm) in the resource plan to ensure they are not allocated for running workload. This configuration has the drawback to forbid desktop scavenging usage during business hours on Saturday and Sunday
We would like to be able to use these desktops fulltime on Saturday and Sunday and keep the zero share ratio for business hours from Monday to Friday.
There is no Symphony feature to allow multiple time interval based on the day.
We want a command with the functionality to import/export CSV format resource plan so it can be scripted to happen before and after weekends to change the resource plan.

The current command line (egosh consumer applyresplan) only takes XML format and it is high risk to manually edit such a file for users.

.The resource plan's complication goes beyond what CSV may describe. The direction moves to json or other advanced format.
