Require Symphony processes to run as non-root in advancewem

Commerzbank is using Windows 2003 Management hosts which is reaching its end of support and we are in situation where we have to move to another OS immediately.

So far we have tested it with Windows 2008 but Windows 2008R2 has non-configurable very small queue size ie 200.
IBM provided a patch to use API Acceptex to tune settings but it had not helped in a heavy borrow/lend scenarios.

We have then tested it on a Linux Management Host but our security team has raised concerns that LIM, PEM and other Symphony daemons runs as root.

we use advance wem as per page 4 on http://publibfp.dhe.ibm.com/epubs/pdf/c2750692.pdf

Can you please help us providing a solution to make Symphony run as cluster administrator user rather than root?

Please note that we do not want to take an option of downgrading the cluster from advanced to simplified wem.

Running Symphony as Advanced Mode to get application impersonation requires lim and pem runs as root. This requirement defeats the purpose of impersonation and can actually be addressed by using simplified WEM if impersonation is not required.
