Resolve callback thread handing issue on Symphony client 7.1.2

1. Our application MC farms occasionally experience hanging while the farm waits for task responses.
2. The Symphony stats shows all tasks are done, however, the Symphony client API doesn't callback our application. It is likely the Symphony callback mechanism runs into problem
3. We are aware that the Symphony client 7.1.2 / 5.1 only implements one thread for this critical callback mechanism. If the thread is deadlocked / suspended / away, there is no backup thread hence the Symphony client may run into bad state
4. The IBM support engineer, Mr. Jun Zhu, has reproduced the behavior in the IBM lab. Jun also spoke with IBM dev team and dev team proposed an approach to get rid to hanging issue
5. Jun suggested us to log RFE for the enhancement of the Symphony client. Detail see IBM ticket “PMR 36157,L6Q,000”

    There is no specific issue to resolve as this appears to be more of a hypothetical situation.
