Symphony7211 HF: Temporary Security Credentials (IAM Roles) Instead of Long-Term Access Keys

Description: Symphony master host is an EC2 host bursting to AWS to provision EC2 compute hosts.

The EC2 Symphony master is running within an IAM Role with the required permissions to launch and terminate instances. The IAM Role does not have access to the permanent aws_access_key_id/aws_secret_access_key.
If AWS API calls are launched within an IAM Role, the API's have the ability to use temporary access keys.

To-Do for IBM:
a) Upgrade to the latest version of AWS SDK for Java
b) In HostFactory change credentials check from mandatory to optional. If the credential file is not available, the API calls should be a access metadata and get temporary access key_id/secret key automatically and go through.
