[RFE][CreditSuisse] - Add alternative way of configuring ego.conf parameters in SOAM API (C#, C++, other)

Make it possible to pass ego.conf settings as parameters in SoamFactory.Connect() method. Here is pseudo code demonstrating idea:

class ConnectionDetails
List EgoMasterList;
UInt LimPort;
UInt KdPort;
string EgoClientTsParams;

SoamFactory.Connect(ConnectionDetails connection, string applicationName, SecurityCallback callback)

ConnectionDetails properties not specified explicitly by user could be read from ego.conf under EGO_CONFDIR.

    .The recent use case from Credit Suisse is to support different SSL configurations from different ego.conf. This old requirement adds external dependency which is not aligned with roadmap development direction.
