Enable EC2 instance tags for HostFactory instances in metadata service

At present, EC2 instances provisioned via HostFactory is based on the launch template definition controlled by IBM. We have requirements to segregate HostFactory instance into multiple resource groups based on resource tagging. Custom tags created for the HF instances are currently not available as part of the metadata service (IMDS). The idea is to use these tags to segregate EC2 instances into multiple RG's. Though the tags could be fetched via EC2 API call, it is not an optimal solution as it can drastically increase the API calls being made. If these tags can be enabled via the EC2 launch templates for HostFactory, that would allow us to use a curl command over to retrieve the Name tag.
