Support EGO service using EGO_SERVICE_CREDENTIAL to log on to HostFactory Rest Server as it is supported to log on to other Symphony components

Spectrum Symphony has the general feature for EGO service, where credential is passed to the service through EGO_SERVICE_CREDENTIAL so the service can log on to various components of Symphony, like egosh user logon/soamlogon, EGO general rest api. However, the same mechanism does not work when performing HostFactory Rest Api logon. We like to ask the same mechanism works for logging to HostFactory Rest Api.

Our use case is this: we have an ego service which would use HostFactory Rest Api to query HostFactory metrics, like how many AWS EC2 instances are currently requested, provisioned, etc (and there'll be more in this direction). HostFactory Rest Api seems only supporting login through username/password, which is difficult to obtain in our AWS environment. EGO_SERVICE_CREDENTIAL mechanism would be a perfect fit for our use case.

Currently, we have to rely on logs for metrics, which can be slow but more importantly, bad for when we support master HA which is a major feature for upcoming release - when master switches, since logs are local, records can be missed. We like to include this as part of our master HA release ...
