Request support for Python version 3.10 and beyond for StreamSets SDK for StreamSets Self-Managed ( Legacy ) Controlhub

The current SDK supports only Python 3.9, which is scheduled to reach end-of-life on October 17, 2025. Continuing to use software beyond its EOL poses security, compliance, and operational risks, as it no longer receives updates or patches—including those required to meet organizational and regulatory standards. To maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations (such as NIST frameworks), and to ensure ongoing supportability and security, it is critical that the SDK be upgraded to support newer, actively maintained versions of Python.

The SDK provides a powerful interface to build, maintain and operate pipelines. Without support for newer Python versions, the ability to automate and maintain these pipelines will be compromised, leading to increased manual effort, operational inefficiencies, and potential disruptions in delivery.
