[Customer-HCA-Parallon] Projects Feature: Allow moving of organization level objects (pipelines, jobs, connections etc.) to relevant project

HCA has been keen on using Projects feature since it was demoed to them. They have the feature enabled now, they have explored it and shared feedback.

HCA currently has many teams using StreamSets and they have numerous pipelines, fragments, jobs, schedules, connections etc. for those projects. 

After they create "Projects" under their organization, they are looking for a way to "move" these organization level objects under the appropriate project. Currently there is no option to do this. For some of these manual export/import (and then deletion from org level) may be a solution but it may not work for something like connections. It will also imply recreating jobs, updating templates etc. 

We need a cleaner way to do this.

    Hi Dhanashri, thank you for creating this ticket. Objects like connections, jobs, job templates can be copied using the SDK - we would love to elevate these features to the UI but given there is already a way to do so we would prefer to prioritize other Project-related features (such as sharing of Deployments/Engines) that have no workarounds
