Allow renaming of Kubernetes deployments

CBRE manages their Kubernetes deployments manually through their own yaml files and integrates with Control Hub via Python SDK scripts.  They also integrate with Datadog. Because of the dynamic naming of the deployment in the fashion of streamsets-deployment-ad07dd49-ddef-4213-8e09-7b7f5f5f7280 or similar, it's difficult for them to identify whatever deployment might be of interest to them when viewing them in Datadog; for example, there is no context around whether a given deployment is for one business unit or another one, or if it's related to a lower environment (dev, qa, etc) or a higher one (production).

This was discussed in a slack thread: https://ibm-cloud.slack.com/archives/C07CC6NFE22/p1756412540359939

They will experiment with managing this through the use of labels, but their strong preference would be to have support for this in the product.

    Hi Paul,

Thank you for creating this ticket. This is something we are interested in doing but do not yet have capacity - we will revisit this towards the end of Q4/Q1
