Add ability to view schema when creating or configuring a Connection

When developing a pipeline, obviously we have the Preview feature, which, although really is intended to allow the developer to see sample records from the data source, also allows them to see the schema. However, when creating or configuring a Connection, there is no way to see anything about the data source. CBRE is an advanced StreamSets user and as such, they have some users with limited roles (such as not being able to access the pipeline development canvas at all) who need to be able to create or configure a Connection, and they also have many database schemas with similar names, so users such as these don't always know whether they're pointing the Connection to the correct schema.

They pointed out that all other major data integration tools they're aware of have this feature, and StreamSets should too.
