Support Microsoft Fabric Warehouse, Lakehouse and OneLake

Octopus currently uses Azure Synapse as the primary destination across 200+ production StreamSets jobs and plans to migrate to Microsoft Fabric by year-end.

Their preference is to retain StreamSets and minimise pipeline redesign. They therefore need clarity on:

  • Current compatibility with Microsoft Fabric Warehouse

  • Current or planned support for Fabric Lakehouse

  • Current or planned integration with OneLake

  • The recommended StreamSets approach where direct support is not currently available

Please confirm what is supported today and provide roadmap guidance for any capability gaps, including whether existing StreamSets stages will be formally validated and supported or whether dedicated Fabric stages are planned.

Fabric compatibility is strategically important to Octopus’s long-term platform direction and future renewal position.
