Enable JDBC Producer to generate SQL Server-compatible DELETE statements when Multi-Row Operation is enabled for tables with multi-column primary keys.

== Problem:

JDBC Producer generates DELETE statements incompatible with Microsoft SQL Server when "Use Multi-Row Operation" is enabled for tables with multi-column primary keys.

== Current Behavior:

JDBC Producer generates:

DELETE FROM table WHERE (col1, col2) IN ((val1, val2))

This multi-column tuple syntax is not supported by SQL Server (T-SQL).

== Error:

"An expression of non-boolean type specified in a context where a condition is expected, near ','"

== Impact:

Customer is forced to disable "Use Multi-Row Operation" for affected tables, resulting in significant performance degradation. This impacts high-volume CDC pipelines processing tables with composite primary keys requiring DELETE operations.

==Proposed Solution:

Generate SQL Server-compatible syntax:

DELETE FROM table WHERE (col1 = val1 AND col2 = val2) OR (col1 = val3 AND col2 = val4)

    Hello, we normally do not perform DELETE operations.

    Since this is a generic connector, we can't create implementations specific to a particular database.
