Enhance the Oracle CDC stages to function without access to CDB$ROOT

Starting in Oracle 19.10, it is possible to connect to individual PDBs and read from LogMiner and not have to utilize CDB$ROOT. This method is necessary for customers utilizing products such as Oracle Autonomous Database or Oracle AI Database@[vendor].

This request is to allow the stages to read CDC data utilizing a method such as https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/19/sutil/oracle-logminer-utility.html#SUTIL-GUID-FCECC066-F214-4595-870F-930D6F930F26 (Querying Individual PDBs Using LogMiner).

    Have the client attempted to use the XStream origin @Guest ?

    The other two Oracle origins are definitely supported and we will fix any bugs / issues, but I'm frankly not planning to innovate in those as XStream offers much superior performance.
