Support Cloudera commercial JDBC driver (HiveJDBC42.jar) for Hive stages

Currently SDC's Hive stages only recognize Kerberos authentication via principal= in the JDBC URL. Customers using Cloudera's commercial JDBC driver (HiveJDBC42.jar / com.cloudera.hive.jdbc.HS2Driver) with AuthMech=1 are not recognized as Kerberos and SDC silently falls back to Simple auth, causing HIVE_22 connection failures. This affects all three Hive stages that share HiveConnectionManager: Hive Query Executor, Hive Metastore destination, and Hive Metadata Processor. Request to add support for Cloudera's JDBC driver Kerberos format.
