In the case data, only the latest or highest scored transaction is available to a case action, in terms of SP attributes that are available. This situation represents a significant operational constraint. Case action should be available for other transactions, namely the ones that appear in the queries within the case. The mail goal is to have the possibility to performed case action (block, SMS, send email, etc) on several PAN, Merchants, transactions, etc. and not only the entities related with the case data.
