SPSS Statistics needs a menu item to return all windows to their default locations

IBM SPSS Statistics users often move between docked and undocked environments where they have access to just a laptop display up to many monitors extending and/or mirroring that laptop display.  Currently SPSS Statistics saves the location of open windows, such as the Syntax Editor, as a user preference that persists across sessions.

When the user moves from a multiple display environment to a single display environment, the user preference conflicts with the reality of that environment.  New SPSS Statistics windows end up opening on phantom displays with no way for the user to retrieve them.

There is already a menu item to "Reset Dialog Sizes and Positions".  There needs to be a menu item to "Restore all open window sizes and locations to default".

Needed By Not sure -- Just thought it was cool
