Add other existing summary functions to the Custom Tables interface

In the IBM SPSS Statistics Community, a user has noted that the UVALIDN is not displayed as a choice for a summary function in the Custom Tables user interface, even though other unweighted summary functions are presented there. The IBM SPSS Statistics Command Syntax Reference Guide discusses unweighted summaries thus:

For unweighted summaries, prefix U to a function name, as in UCOUNT.

Other functions, unpresented in the Custom Tables interface yet still valid, include the UMEAN summary function.  This idea suggests that all valid summaries shoiuld be presented in the user interface rather than forcing the user to edit the CTABLES command syntax after the fact.
