Project modification date should indicate the last modification within the project

In the project list, the modification date does not reflect the reality of the last update.

When someone modify a notebook for example, in the project, when looking at notebook list "last modification" is correct, however, in the project list "last update" is not the same as the last modification of the notebook, it is a date anterior, which is not useful when you collaborate with people on different projects. The last modification date on the project should indicate the date of the last modification of everything within the project.

When you collaborate with different project, you focus on last modification date to know if there is something new in a project, but currently you can't.
