Request Haproxy build with Lua configuration capability

We could manage RestAPIs from Watson Studio Local much easier. Certain functions should be restricted from a policy point of view.

 

For example:

Users are only allowed to create projects from Enterprise GitHub. Workaround are social agreements and it can be done regular checks for unintended setup of projects in WSL.

    This idea pertains to the Watson Studio Local product which has been withdrawn as described here: https://www-01.ibm.com/common/ssi/cgi-bin/ssialias?htmlfid=897/ENUS220-328&infotype=AN&subtype=CA.

    Since the product is no longer under level development, we are no longer able to incorporate new functionality into the offering.
