Able to set MAP REDUCE PARAMETERS WHILE SUBMITTING A YARN JOB USING DSXHI

Yarn Container sizes are usually maintained as a global parameter with in cloudera. At times, these parameters need set by the client submitting the Yarn Job. This will not be an issue if the code submitted by the client is using livy/spark. however, if the code submitted is a non spark code and has a requirement to be executed on the cloudera cluster still being managed by WSL using DSXHi. There is no option to pass these additional parameters

We will have an interim solution in the short term that allows DSXHI API to accept the additional parameters, UI enhancement will come later
