Avoid WKC quality project blank due to some certificate expiry

Asset list in WKC quality project gone/blank suddenly someday. Feel like whole system done. Customer been told the reason is : some certificate will be expired unpredicted someday between 10-13 months, not sure which day. Could we give enough time to allow customer preparing for it, also prevent system out of work immediately after this? It could cause big impact to the customer's production system.
