RELATED IDEAS

Some of the user accounts - show up as Unavailable and doesn't point to a specific name/user

Whenever the user left the organization user names get removed from LDAP but not in Catalog automatically and its getting displayed as unavailable without pointing to any user name. Attaching image for your reference.

    Hi Pradeep, thanks for reaching out. If the user is no longer listed as user in the system, then this is the expected handling in the UI since user info is no longer available.

    Can you explain what you'd expect to see if the asset references users who are no longer in the system?
