Term Assignment Notification in Metadata Enrichment and Catalog Edit

During Metadata Enrichment or in catalog edit when a business artifact (terms, data classes...) are assigned or changed, the steward(s) or WKC administrators for those artifacts need to be notified of the use of the artifact. This will help keep the steward and administrators aware of the proper use of the artifacts. This could be done with a workflow review/approve step but should be done before the assignment is published.
