Expansion of Data Dictionary to Include Non-Connected Assets and APIs

The UI should provide basic import capabilities to allow assets to be created/maintained in the data dictionary from metadata provided in .csv format (or similar).  These assets may or may not have associated connection information in CP4D but should exist in the overall data dictionary and be fully searchable by all keyword and descriptions.  The import function should also allow the bulk import of descriptions, keywords, business terms and other associated metadata for attachment to assets.  The import functions will be restricted to only the Data Steward who owns the data elements.  Similarly, CP4D should allow for the import of API metadata in flat file or XML WSDL or JSON Schema metadata to define API’s as assets in the CP4D table/column format.  These API assets should have all capability for keyword/description attachment as well as be fully searchable in the dictionary.
