Firstly this is for ofgem, NG UK ESO and SSE but I am not sharing their PI (email) on this system. I have had various conversions with ofgem, NG UK, and SSE on data and data models with the support of Michael Loughran. They are all very keen on the DMEU and what it could bring to the UK Energy market given the massive changes going on in the energy markets (worldwide) and the need for a step change into a new model. However we have chosen to depreciate the product and the move into WKA is too limited (Glossary only), plus it does not include Markets/Trading/Forecasting and Generator specific capability. This should be re-evaludated given the changes to the markets as this is now essential for the UK (and likely other Geos) as new energy is disrupting previously static market places.

    Hello, while this idea make a lot of sense, it is a large effort, so we cannot contain it in the next 12 months.
