@Guest we have evaluated this requirement and are planning to deliver the feature in CPD 5.1 in December 2024
Hi Marcus,
This request continues with a "need mor information" status, although we sent more details and screen captures on February.
Please, inform us if you need any more clarification to update the status of this request.
Thank you.
Hi, Marcus. I was referring to the tags we can add when importing new assets using "metadata import" feature and publishing them directly in a catalog - like in the example of the picture.
Import a Data Model and tag it with "added tag"
Data Model assets imported - "added tag" created and associated to the Metadata Import asset in the Project
Data Model assets published in the catalog with no "added tag" tag.
Is there a way to have all the Data Model assets published in the catalog through the Metadata Import feature tagged with the "added tag" tag?
Hi Lilian -
Thank you for the submission. Today we use the Project construct to help contain working with different asset groupings. How do you envision the tags working? Are you referring to the Tag feature (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-data/4.8.x?topic=catalogs-catalog-assets#prop) or was your request more non-specific?
Perhaps if you were able to mock up a screen capture of what you would like to see, it would help clarify the requirement.
