Ability to handle xml and xsd files in IKC

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Hello

Desjardins would like to see whether there can be any way to parse xml, xsd files in IKC.

He also showed me the capability that parses xml in IGC.

IKC cannot parse semi-structured data currently, but Datastage has xml parser which can be used to parse and then the flattened file can be ingested to IKC. The other work around can be to parse semi-structured data using python libraries (or Java).

The customer would prefer to have the parser out of the box in future IKC releases.

thanks
