Prompt user that they will loose their data when clicking outside the window

During my testing of job creation from a data quality rule, I noticed that the modal window automatically closes when you click outside of it, specifically when clicking on the greyed bars on either side without advising you that the modal popup will close and losing everything you have done thus far. 
Additionally, once the modal is closed, the interface does not remain on the loaded data quality rule as expected but instead returns to the project assets listing page.

To fix this we are proposing to introduce a confirmation prompt asking the user if they wish to exit the job creation process and lose the in putted data. If the user confirms, no further action should be done, as they are already on the data quality rule page.
