Enhance MCP server for WatsonX.data Intelligence and add tools for Knowledge Accelerators

Today one challenge we have with WatsonX.data Intelligence is other countries using alternate language other then english.
One of my customer is using all the knowledge accelerators and have attempted to translate them to french.

The task was initially done with some translation tool like google translate from exported CSV, but this is generating mixed results.

Our thinking is if we had mcp tools to the knowledge accelerators, we could pull all the knowledge accelerators for a particular theme and use claude ai or copilot to translate the terms and description, but give it context.
