watsonx.ai SaaS HIPAA ready

We have a large healthcare client that requires HIPAA-ready services due to the nature of the use case: Medical Document Classification using watsonx.ai and Discovery SaaS. This is a deployment progression blocker issue, equating to ~$500k in revenue. 

This will likely impact many others within the Public Market and clients will be working with medical and patient documents. There are 32 Public market clients that are possibly impacted who will need watsonx.ai SaaS to be HIPAA ready to fulfill core business needs.

    In ISA, We have client in healthcare sector who needs HIPAA compliance services as they deal with US patient health record. But currently, IBM watsonx.ai SaaS is not HIPAA ready which acts as a blocker for the deployment. We also have other watsonx opportunities in progress in healthcare but for those also this HIPAA readiness will acts as blocker and we can loose significant number of deals and revenue.
