Review code comments, when analyzing orphaned code.

During a recent Discovery workshop for Watsonx code assistant for Z, customer is looking to modernize one of their monolith applications Power One, requested the following idea be logged as an RFE (request for enhancement) as this will benefit their modernization effort.

For the purposes of writing select documented code and recording of artifacts for Change Management comments are often included in code that may reference things like code no longer being called as of XX/XX/XXXX. It would be beneficial if the analysis of these comments could be used in the tool in places like the Orphaned Code view to distinguish between potentially unknown items versus items that were purposely left in place.
