The WCA chat should let the user up/down-arrow to cycle through recent input text, rather than having to scroll/copy/scroll/paste

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Useful when experimenting to find a better prompt, because simpler for user than scrolling back to find the input they want to repeat or paste/edit to do something slightly different

    This is being addressed in a different manner in the Chat UI via the ability to edit the last submitted prompt. This should lead to better crafted prompting and editing efficiency. In addition, users do have the ability to initiate a new chat from the last prompt.
    Putting in place the up/down arrow feature in the Chat UI, may product chunks of unwanted texts which inhibit the conversation flow.

    stunned that this was not automatically added to chat as a core interface component
